**FASHION COORDINATOR (Co-op)**

ACI Brands Inc., is one of Canada’s largest fashion accessory, cosmetic and beauty product companies. Located in Oakville at the Mississauga border, our dynamic company has an exciting new co-op opportunity for a Fashion Coordinator.

**1. Styling & Trend Development**
- Select clothing and accessories based on current trends, target audiences, and specific project requirements.
- Assist in trend forecasting, fabric selection, and mood board development.
- Monitor fashion calendars and industry events to stay informed of trends and key opportunities.
- Ensure all presentations align with brand image, seasonal themes, and overall strategy.

**2. Sample & Showroom Management**
- Maintain and manage fashion samples and inventory for photo shoots, presentations, and showroom setups.
- Set up and maintain multiple product showrooms, including handling and organizing product samples.
- Maintain ATS samples

**3. E-Commerce & Digital Coordination**
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of e-commerce templates and costing templates.
- Coordinate digital asset needs for e-commerce, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
- Maintain and update inventory databases for accurate product tracking.

**4. Licensing & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work with category managers to maintain and update licensor databases.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure licensing and product details are accurately reflected in all relevant materials.

**5. Administrative & Operational Support**
- Perform day-to-day support tasks such as photocopying, packing, and managing courier shipments.
- Assist in general office and logístical duties to ensure smooth operational workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Currently completing a diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, têxtiles, color theory, and styling.
- Experience with digital marketing and trend analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including functions such as VLOOKUP, ROUNDUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in retail fashion, editorial, or fashion show production.
- Social media and content creation knowledge is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
