**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are upheld.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
