**About the Job**

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at the Liquidation Centre located at our Edmonton office. This role is instrumental in delivering a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional in-store service, processing orders, and supporting inventory and sales functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in the retail store with purchases, product inquiries, and orders
- Process customer sales quotes, retail transactions, service returns, and special orders
- Provide accurate product information and prepare quotations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including product displays and signage
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to fulfill customer needs and resolve concerns
- Stay informed about current promotions, inventory levels, and product knowledge
- Participate in inventory counts and restocking
- Perform other retail and operational tasks as assigned

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A high sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience working with POS systems or ERP platforms (SAP experience is an asset)
- Knowledge of safety and construction products is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move product as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
