Job Posting - Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Team Member - Food Prep & Production (Open Availability)

Chick-fil-A West Edmonton Mall is looking for dedicated and motivated **Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Team Members** to join our team This role is focused on preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen excellence, and supporting smooth operations with a heart to serve. **Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Quality**: Prepare and cook menu items to Chick-fil-A’s high standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.
- **Operational Excellence**: Support daily kitchen operations by following recipes, portioning guidelines, and production procedures.
- **Food Safety & Sanitation**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, following strict food safety protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure efficiency and consistent quality during peak hours.
- **Efficiency & Speed**: Deliver accurate, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
- **Support Service Excellence**: Contribute to Chick-fil-A’s reputation for excellence by upholding our service standards from the back of house.
- **Training & Development**: Be open to learning new skills and actively improve personal and team performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Saturday Availability**: Must be available to work on Saturdays and evening closing shifts
- **Kitchen Focus**: Passion for food preparation, operational excellence, and working behind the scenes with a heart to serve.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- **Positive Attitude**: Dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay & Benefits
- **Competitive pay**: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
