TECO Precision Inc. is a manufacturer of precision machined parts, from solid and/or casting, made to customer print and specifications.
The 9400 sq. ft., fully air conditioned manufacturing facility is equipped and manned by skilled and knowledgeable personnel, dedicated to producing a superior machined component.
Family owned and operated, the principals at TECO are experienced in the planning and production of precision machined components and sub-assemblies.
TECO's quality management system is certified to AS9100 Rev. D & ISO9001:2015 for precision machining and sub-assembly of aerospace, military and commercial parts.
The clientele serviced are diverse in nature. We service industries in the fields of AEROSPACE, AIRCRAFT, ELECTRONIC and SATELLITE communication, LASER target designation and SURGICAL instrumentation.

**Duties**:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy using hand tools, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Fanuc is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
