MSW or Counsellor (EAP Program)
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Permanent Full-time or Part-time (3 to 5 days)

The opportunity:
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will be providing in-person counselling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), in our office.

What you will do:
- Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.
Who we are looking for:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
- In good standing with professional College or mental health Association;
- Post-masters counselling experience;
- Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
- Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health or LifeWorks office or customer premises.
