**Position Summary**:
The production Planning Associate is responsible for supporting production planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, tracking production progress, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.

**Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in developing daily production plans and forecasts that optimize the use of materials, labour, equipment, and budget.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes.
- Coordinate tasks and activities across departments to ensure smooth production execution.
- Coordination of internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of production.
- Monitor production timelines and deliverables, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
- Continuously coordinate with customers about ongoing orders and future forecasting.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge to communicate features to clients and answer questions related to their requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive production documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and tracking logs.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and production proposals as needed.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Proven experience with processes and procedures involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- High computer proficiency.
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
