**Your Opportunity**: Taylor Corporation is seeking an **AR/AP Team Lead** in our Stratford, ON office

**Your Schedule**:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage AR/AP records and reports as related to financial reporting needs which support accounting functions in month end closing.
- Manage banking transactions, balances and statements.
- Oversee the operating account transactions.
- Create and manage account specific reports and manage spreadsheets related to banking and customer accounts.
- Handle delinquent accounts with customers.
- Assist with streamlining the current processes, eliminating redundancies.

**You Must Have**:

- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- 2+ years AR/AP and Office Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter

**We Would Also Prefer**:

- Accounting/bookkeeping background
- Leadership background or demonstrated accountability
