FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to SLT and VP+ in Technology, Brand, Product, Legal, and P&C teams, providing financial guidance and strategic insight
- Responsible for partnering with corporate functions in all FP&A activities around budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, decision support, long range planning.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and resource allocation.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support execution of cost-saving initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A process, tools and reporting.

qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with a fast-paced business
- Prior experience leading and developing a high-performance team
- Retail industry experience is preferred
- Proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize tasks for team in a time sensitive manner
- Effective communication skills and ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality
- MBR or CPA
