QUALIFICATIONS: - College Diploma specializing in business, project management or a health related field and/or 1-3 years equivalent work experience - CAPM or PMP designation - Experience in a health care/public sector - Demonstrated experience in Project Management including project budget management - Proven ability to communicate project status to various stakeholders related to project execution - Experience with Microsoft Suite including MS Project and Microsoft Project Web Access - Accountable to provide expertise surrounding change management and end user adoption - Ability to estimate development efforts and define activities to support project deliverables and establish milestones which will be continually evaluated and prioritized - Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines - Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate in a meaningful way - Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action - Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities - Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, coaching and negotiation - Consistent and regular attendance required - Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset. - In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code, Niagara Health will provide accommodations through the recruitment process to applicants with disabilities.
