HIRING: Chiropractor
**Job Description**:

- The MomMe Clinic is currently hiring Chiropractors with adult and/ or pediatric experience to join our team located in Hamilton, ON. We provide a wide range of interdisciplinary services including massage therapy, occupational therapy, osteopathy, social work, pelvic physiotherapy, physiotherapy, and other services for pediatric populations and families.
- You will collaborate with other clinicians from various disciplines to provide a strong continuum of care for clients while being part of a team of highly skilled, motivated and compassionate health professionals

Your role as a Chiropractor:

- Plan treatment programs, maintain clinical and progress reports
- Take patients' case history, conduct examinations, observe patients, and diagnose patient's condition
- Diagnose neuromuscular-skeletal disorders of the spinal column, pelvis, extremities, and associated tissues
- Treat health disorders in a natural manner through adjustments or articular manipulations and complementary treatments such as electrotherapy, acupuncture, heat therapy, and massage with special attention given to the spine
- Advise patients on alternate treatment modalities such as corrective exercises, posture, lifestyle and nutrition that have positive effects on the spine, joints, muscles, nervous system.
- Refer patients for medical care and diagnostics (ex./ X-ray) when appropriate.
- Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists,

chiropractors, physicians, and psychologists to develop treatment plans for patients
- Ensuring treatment notes are completed in a timely manner
- Utilization of electrotherapies such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, laser etc.

Qualifications:

- Registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Vulnerable Sector Check

**Experience**:

- 2 years (preferred)
- Experience and additional qualifications in working with pregnant women (Adult-treating Chiropractor)
- Experience working with children from ages 0 months through 18 years old (Pediatric-treating Chiropractor)

**Job Type**:

- Part-time or fulltime employee model, or Consultant models available

Schedule:

- Flexible scheduling
- Current clinic hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm

Pay:

- Contracts will be negotiated based on years of experience

Start Date:

- As soon as possible

**Salary**: $75.00-$100.00 per hour
