**Front Desk Security Guard - Residential / Condominium Site**

The **guard will be the first point of contact**at the property, ensuring that all building procedures are followed while offering courteous assistance to residents and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring that the condominium remains secure at all times through effective observation, documentation, and communication with management and residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Monitor building entrances and ensure proper access control is maintained.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or resident concerns.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain awareness of building conditions.
- Record and report any irregularities, maintenance issues, or security incidents.
- Communicate effectively with property management and security supervisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining firm security standards.
- Follow all site-specific procedures and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous condominium or residential security experience is an asset.

JOB DUTIES:
+ Monitoring CCTV video surveillance, attending general fire alarms.

+ Front desk duties & access control.

+ Performing property patrols.

+ Parking enforcement, parcels management.

+ Maintaining logs & reporting incidents.

+ Dealing with residents.

+ Amenities booking and inspection.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
+ Valid Ontario Security License (must).

+ First Aid & CPR (must).

+ CRJMC (must).

+ English language fluency (must).

+ WHMIS (preferred).

+ G License (preferred).

+ Residential Condominium security experience (preferred).

+ On-site training will be provided (unpaid).

SCHEDULE:
Should be open and flexible to accept weekdays, nights, and weekends shifts.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security guard license & CPR (required)

Work Location: In person
