The Customer Service Representative role primarily provides daily administrative, technology and audio/visual customer service support. As a key contact person between the operation’s control and its various stakeholders this individual needs to be a positive reflection of the organization and its values.

**What will you do?**
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to all divisions and manage calls to and from service providers.
- Creates, distributes, and closes-out customer tickets daily.
- Maintains and distributes department related information daily.
- Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
- Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
- Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
- Assists with data collection and reporting.
- Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
- Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
- Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.
- Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.
- May enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily for all trucks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What will you bring?**
- Completion of Secondary School (or GED equivalent)
- Experience with Dispatching or CRM system is an asset
- Experience in the waste management and recycling industry an asset
- Strong computer skills (particularly in the use of MS Office)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Working well under pressure and within strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
