**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise hotel staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to achieve profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high morale among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a hotel setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
