You are a Champion of Change; you will motivate your team to increase sales, minimize bad debt and adapt to the ever-changing regulatory environment. You have a strong sense of curiosity and have a passion for learning; you are proactive and look for ways to be more efficient in your day-to-day work. You inspire your team with your free-thinking and creative style of leadership. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that the day-to-day operations of the store run smoothly. You can work independently as you pursue excellence while taking pride in your team’s achievements, supporting company initiatives, and directing the work that needs to be done in the store. An interest in travel would be considered an asset as from time to time support in other stores in the network is needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Minimizing bad debt
- Driving sales of loans, cheque cashing, and in-store promotions
- Balancing daily transactions
- Planning budgets and monitoring revenue and expenses
- Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team
- Collecting on delinquent accounts
- Planning, directing, and evaluating all daily operations
- Reporting to your District Manager on a daily basis

**Requirements**:

- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Clean Criminal Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience

**Wage**:

- Salary commensurate with experience

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
