- This is What The Bistro needs from you:

- Read, understand, and execute company’s recipes;
- Basic knife skills;
- Start kitchen for Chef with Prep.
- Cook on a fast
- paced line, maintaining high quality plating and proper timing of dishes;
- Understand kitchen inventory and prevent waste;
- Able to work unsupervised;
**Pay**: $18 - $23, commensurate with experience
