Bel-Air Toyota is looking for a **SEASONAL FULL-TIME VALET**

**Hours**: 7:15am to 5pm

**Position overview**:
The service valet is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly matter, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient traffic flow of the drive thru area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle vehicles of different sizes in a safe and efficient manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the drive thru.
- Safely Park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring the utmost care is taken with each vehicle.
- Perform an exterior visual inspection of all customer vehicles.
- Assist customers with any belongings or items as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized drive-thru area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Manage keys and other valuables responsibly.
- Torque all wheels of all vehicles.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license is required. (ability to drive standard and automatic is an asset).
- Fluent in English is required (fluent in French is an asset)
- Extensive driving experience
- Previous experience in a valet, customer service or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Driving: 5 years (preferred)
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
