**About the Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Application Integration**:

- Work closely with business and IT teams to identify integration requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- **System Administration and Maintenance**:

- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
- **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve system errors or integration issues.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage integration projects, including scoping, planning, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure integration projects align with business objectives.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for integration processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare regular reports for management on integration performance, issues, and resolution progress.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on how to effectively utilize integrated systems.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Recommend improvements and optimizations to existing integrations to enhance performance and efficiency.

**Position Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree in information management, computer science, or related field of study.
- Proficiency with integration tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Position Competencies**:

- Familiarity with Imaging platform like TransFlow Synergize or similar.
- Experience working with ELDs
- SQL querying experience and a good understanding of database concepts is an asset.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
