We are currently seeking a **passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Education Assistant / Fitness Instructor** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:This position combines two half-time roles: an Education Assistant assigned to a student in the morning; with afternoons focused on planning and delivering structured fitness and gym classes for both Elementary and Secondary students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead fitness and gym classes tailored to individual classes
- Use ABA-based strategies to support individual student goals in the classroom
- Track student progress and contribute to individualized plans

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Recreation Therapy, Behavioural Science, or related field
- Experience working with children or youth with special needs
- Strong understanding of mild to moderate developmental, learning, or behavioural disabilities
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with students and work collaboratively with staff
- Enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate
- Skilled at motivating and engaging students through movement and play
- Eager to make a difference in a small, supportive school setting
