Fergus, Canada Autism Behavioural Services Inc. Full time

We are looking for a full time ABA Clinical Supervisor (RBA/BCBA) to join our team This position will be based out of our Fergus, ON, site with occasional travel to offsite locations.
- Clinical oversight of ABA programming (intake to discharge, assessment, development, direct supervision of instructor therapists, monitoring, training, consultation and collaboration as needed)
- Development and delivery of individualized caregiver consultation and training packages (face to face in home/centre and virtual)
- Completion and management of all documents related to services and funding (e.g., service plans, reports and OAP documentation) for clients
- Regular review of client data and direct face to face observation of client sessions
- Adherence to the Ethical and Professional Compliance Code for Behaviour Analysts and CPABO Standards of Professional Conduct
- Adherence to ABS Inc’s Clinical Processes, Policies and Procedures
- Promote a welcoming and respectful workplace culture

**Qualifications**
- Masters level Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA)
- 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role is an asset
- OAP approved clinical supervisor (asset)
- Clear criminal reference check
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle
