**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components. You will work closely with customers to ensure their vehicles are safe and visually appealing, while also adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and replace automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Assess damage to glass components and determine appropriate repair or replacement methods.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding services performed and any additional recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and improve service quality.

**Skills**
- Proficient in automotive repair techniques with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- A commitment to safety practices in the workplace.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
