**ABOUT US**: We are an established industry leader in a sports related business looking to hire top salespeople and account managers in an English speaking Call-Center environment, handling inbound, outbound and chat.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are hiring specifically for our chat department and are looking for individuals with aptitude and passion for chat communication. Our chat service includes both customer initiated chats and company initiated pro-active chats to engage customers. While chat is the primary mode of communication, strong service skills are needed to assist customers over the phone when needed.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM with high proficiency
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong, well spoken English. As a chat agent you will be conversing with clients over the phone
- Full time, 40 hours a week
- 48 hours during high season (optional for extra hours)

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: For those with experience in sales, client retention and account management, you are already natural fit and its just a matter of getting familiar with our products.

Can you keep a customer coming back through a combination of pro-active service, professionalism, rapport and personality? Those with ability to build customer relationships for repeat business will be most successful and there is significant commission opportunities

**General Skills/Qualifications**:

- Good conversational English
- People skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organizational skills under pressure during busy times
- Willing to learn and work towards quotas and set goals
- Considered a positive
- Knowledge of crypto currencies and sports

**Other**
- Base daily salary AND commission $1000-$2000
- Monthly bonuses.

This is a performance based job in a merit based environment and there is a clear and transparent path to increasing your month to month earnings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,450.00 per month

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift

- Commission pay
