**You will**:

- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members at the assigned home store. Periodically there will be a responsibility to assist in training 5Buds Cannabis team members from other locations
- Inventory Management and Ordering of Inventory for the store.
- Create a work environment that embodies a culture of respect, inclusion, and professionalism
- Maximize profitability and meet sales targets for the store and create action plans when targets are not met.
- Ensure 100% Compliance with SLGA, Work Safe and Health Canada Cannabis Retailing Regulations. Submit required reports within the designated
- Establish and promote consistent customer service and execute training programs as presented
- Set and establish individual team member sales targets to achieve assigned monthly budget delivered throughout the year for the home store location.
- Establish strategies for community involvement of the assigned home store to elevate brand awareness locally and drive additional foot traffic into the store.
- Achieve financial objectives by following an annual budget, scheduling to budget expenditures, controlling expenses.
- Store Leader must maintain an open to close availability at all times.
- Execute quarterly meetings with all team members at the assigned store to provide feedback on performance and establish goals for the next meeting.
- Execute visual merchandising plans to ensure store revenues and profitability are maximized
- Execute training and follow up for loss prevention policies in the assigned store.
- On going staff education on safety, product knowledge, customer service standards and general overall education about cannabis compliance
- Ensure all compliance binders and documentation are maintained daily in accordance with all 5bud’s, SLGA and Health Canada procedures and policies.
- The store leader will ensure that all building security and loss prevention policies are adhered to by everyone on the team.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store, and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
- The store leader will ensure a succession plan is in place for all positions at their assigned store
- The store leader will be responsible for promoting the brand through various social media platforms that will bring community awareness.
- The store leader must have moderate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office elements in the platform.
- The store leader must have the ability to learn on the fly in an ever-changing work environment. This requires the individual to have a proactive versus reactive mind set., allowing the store leader to independently solve situations as they arise.

**A clean and clear criminal background check is required for this position.**

**Applicants should have or be able to obtain immediately the CannaSell Certification required by the SLGA to sell cannabis in retail stores in the province.**
