Our growing company is currently seeking an experienced Card Access and Security Technician. You will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and skills relating to security installations and programming services. As well as work with the latest hardware and equipment to service our clients with their security and card access needs.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Installation of Access Control Systems including door hard ware.
- Perform security alarm installations including cabling, mounting of devices/hardware.
- Installation of CCTV surveillance and intrusion systems and related maintenance.
- Troubleshoot systems, resolve issues for customers and end users.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a consistent commitment to following best practices in all safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of experience in security industry (Access control, CCTV and security systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work at heights using extension ladders and aerial lifts
- Ability to adapt to unexpected circumstances
- Can work independently or within team environment
- The ability to demonstrate Excellence, Honesty, Consistency and Integrity
- Fluent in English: verbal and written communication

**Additional Requirements**:

- Maintain a valid class 5 operator's license
- Ability to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs as required
- Maintain a valid class 5 operator's license
- Travel may be required

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
