We are a fun, collaborative group, looking for the right fit to join our team at **Southside Golf Course**. This is a new role that we are implementing for our growing facility. It is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Chef/Food & Beverage Manager and duties will be shared with another FOH Supervisor/Lead. Although you will primarily be serving and overseeing the front of house operations, you will receive cross-training for back of house as well. During our leagues and peak times, it is a busy and fast-paced environment, so we need someone who thrives under pressure without sacrificing integrity, approachability and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to our clients and members
- Process payment transactions
- Train and be responsible of FOH employees & operations
- Handle customer complaints based on SOP
- Supervise both FOH & BOH employees as needed
- Input & update POS system as needed
- Submit inventory tracking & reports to Chef/Food & Beverage Manager
- Create & implement SOPs for staff members (opening/closing duties, cleaning, handling complaints)
- Ensure proper set up for tournaments & events (seating, chafing dishes, tables etc)
- Post on our social media platforms
- Ensure posted specials & menu in the FOH are relevant and up to date
- Scheduling FOH, as needed
- Ensure the FOH cleanliness and professionalism is upkept

**Requirements**:

- Serving experience, 2+ years mandatory
- Cater and/event experience, mandatory
- Supervisor or lead role experience, required
- Tee-On POS experience, an asset
- Mature
- Reliable
- Approachable
- Friendly
- Inventory management experience, an asset
- Scheduling experience, an asset
- Customer Service experience, mandatory
- Valid Smart Choice certification, mandatory
- Food Handlers certification, an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Reliable transportation required as there is no public transport**

**Rotation is 10 days on 4 days off during peak season**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
