Insight is currently looking for an exceptional individual to fill the position of Customer Solutions Representative (Hardware) for its Canadian headquarters located in Montreal. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the public sector sales team.

- Find technical information to answer questions about products and ensure supply;
- Collaborate with other Insight departments when customer issues are encountered and help resolve them as needed;

**What we are looking for**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- 2+ years of Client Specialist or related experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent training;
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services;
