Sales Representative for Learning Centre

We are looking for an individual to join our consultation and customer care team. You will introduce course offerings to prospective clients, create study plans for students, and coordinate communication between students, parents, and teachers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a strong understanding of course offerings to advise kindergarten - grade 12 students on their academic or career goals and needs.
- Meet with potential clients, either online or in-person.
- Provide academic advising or career planning for students.
- Ensure all documentation is correct and shared with clients, as needed.
- Facilitates and maintains consistent communication between teachers, students, and clients on student progress.
- Coordinates with team members to assist students and teachers.
- Coordinates with the operation team and teachers on student assessments and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both online and in-person.
- Familiarity with computer software, such as Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and other scheduling programs.
- Experience with academic planning for students.
- Experience in customer service or equivalent is an asset.
- Affinity for working with high school students (teaching or counseling experience is an asset).
- Ability to carry out various tasks in a timely manner and multitask with efficiency and impact.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Familiarity with Canadian school systems is an asset.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an asset.

We are a small, creative and fast-moving team, designing innovative products and educational programs by responding quickly to feedback from our students, their parents, and educators.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
