Thinking in Pictures Educational Services (TIPES) is a non-profit organization comprised of trained professionals with a passion for supporting individuals with autism and other learning issues to reach their individual potential. Our multidisciplinary team is comprised of social workers, counsellors, behaviour technicians, BCaBAs, BCBAs, a clinical psychologist, and nutritionist. **Requirements**:

- University degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Autism and Behavioural Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) certification (an asset)
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one on one instruction using ABA principles
- Demonstrate an ability to be fun, creative, and flexible in following the learner’s motivation
- Collect and track program data
- Develop and organize program material
- Work within the prescribed treatment programs from clinical supervisor
- Participate in team meetings with senior therapist and clinical supervisor as required

The Location: TIPES is based in Ottawa, Ontario. We are conveniently located close to Centre-town and all major transportation access points. Close to major amenities including gyms, malls, and restaurants.
