**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Financial Services Administrator & Front Desk Associate** to provide both **client service** and **administrative support**.

You will be the **first point of contact** for clients and visitors representing Entrust with professionalism and warmth while also handling detailed back-office responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Front Desk & Client Engagement**
- Greet clients and visitors, accept deliveries and maintain a professional reception area.
- Connect with clients on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful and enhance relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Support advisors’ marketing initiatives by coordinating implementation and tracking results.

**Administrative Support**
- Prepare investment documentation: purchases, redemptions, switches and transfers for mutual fund, segregated fund and GIC products.
- Prepare insurance instructions including changes of coverage, beneficiaries and death claim administration.
- Obtain policy information and statements as needed by advisors and clients.
- Prepare presentations, handouts and supporting materials for investment or insurance reports.
- Maintain and organize the CRM database, digital and physical client files, and shared marketing resources.
- Safeguard client information and adhere to the firm’s Code of Conduct and compliance standards.

**Team & Office Support**
- Draft meeting Agendas for client meetings.
- Assist with service calls and meeting scheduling; track progress as required.
- Other administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in financial services or professional office administration **is an asset** but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong time-management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
