**Responsibilities**:

- Demo and remove existing bathroom, kitchen and concrete patios etc.
- Install new fixtures and appliances.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
- Perform some simple carplerty tasks.
- Helper to Bathroom waterproofing install operations.
- General labour and site clean up
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
