**Job responsibilities**:
- Review and translate applicants' documents, correspond with government agencies to answer inquires, submit any supplement files needed
- Research, update and report any renew immigration & labor regulations and policies
- Keep effective communication both internally and externally
- Answer applicants’ questions and concerns, responsible for filing management
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in immigration consultancy, be able to independently complete an immigration case successfully
- Skillful in customer service and communication
- ICCRC or experience in the programs of LMIA, Work Permits, PNP, Express Entry, AIPP, and Sponsorship is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English writing, bilingual in English and Mandarin is an asset
- Attention to details, with a high accuracy in documentations
- Efficiency in time management and multitasks control
- Professional work ethics, keep strict confidentiality with all stakeholders
- A good team player with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
