Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) individu(e) motivé(e) et axé(e) sur la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe en tant que Coordinateur/trice de l'Expérience Client au Centre Sportif Hilton Lac Leamy. En tant que Coordinateur/trice de l'Expérience Client, vous serez responsable de veiller à ce que nos clients aient une expérience exceptionnelle dans notre établissement. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Gestionnaire du Centre Sportif et les autres membres de l'équipe pour coordonner les activités et vous assurer que nos clients sont satisfaits de nos services.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Accueillir les clients et les aider avec leurs besoins
- Fournir des informations sur les équipements, les services et les activités de l'établissement
- Planifier et coordonner les activités et les événements
- S'assurer que les installations sont propres et bien entretenues
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et résoudre les plaintes
- Gérer les comptes clients et les paiements
- Créer et maintenir des bases de données clients
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures de service à la clientèle
- Former et superviser le personnel de service à la clientèle

**Qualifications et exigences de l'emploi**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités efficacement
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de service à la clientèle
- Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle, hôtellerie ou domaine connexe préférée
- Posséder un certificat valide de premiers soins standard (formation fournie)
- Solides compétences en français écrit et oral
- Compétences intermédiaires en anglais écrit et oral
- Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada

**Position**: Customer Experience Coordinator

**Schedule**: Full-time, weekdays

H2O is an organization that offers aquatic and recreation facility management services by providing highly professional team members to its clients’ properties. Founded in 1991, H2O is being redefined with an entirely new management team and is preparing for immense growth. We are looking for exceptional people to define its new identity. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator at the Hilton Lac Leamy Sports Center. As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience at our facility. You will work closely with the Sports Center Manager and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assist them with their needs
- Provide information about facility amenities, services, and activities
- Schedule and coordinate activities and events
- Ensure that facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Manage customer accounts and payments
- Create and maintain customer databases
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and supervise customer service staff

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- Strong written and oral French skills
- Intermediate written and oral English skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Hold a valid Standard First Aid certificate (training provided)

**Compensation and Incentives**
- Salary range $17.00-19.00/hour
- On-site Parking
- Flexible Hours
