Customer Service Associate

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Promote sales and special offers to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
- Must be comfortable handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
