**HOURS: DAYS, EVENINGS, and WEEKENDS**

**SALARY: $25.004 (Min.) - $25.776 (Max.)
**Pay rate, benefits and other terms and conditions are as per the CUPE (Local 139) Collective Agreement**

**QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
**

Grade 12 Graduate or equivalent required 
Current certification in a recognized Medical Device Reprocessing Course required 
Recent Certificate (within 2 years) in Central Service Technique Course or equivalent course required 
Minimum 2 years MDRD experience required 
Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterilization equipment required 
Experience with hospital medical/surgical supplies and equipment required 
Ability to perform physically demanding work 
Ability to work with mínimal supervision required 
Good organizational and interpersonal skills required 
Knowledge of infection control practices 
Must be available for scheduled shifts and call-ins 
Good attendance and work record required 
Must demonstrate commitment to ensure their safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients,

volunteers, and visitors 
Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this

organization 
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
