Job Purpose

To craft exceptional cocktails, deliver polished service, and elevate the guest experience through dynamic engagement and high-level execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provide confident recommendations on cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar.
- Execute prep tasks, batching, and ingredient management.
- Engage guests at the bar and in lounge settings.
- Support nightlife programming, VIP service, and specialty menus.
- Follow all AGLC responsible service guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in upscale cocktail bars or high‑volume environments.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and recipe precision.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Outgoing and polished guest engagement skills.
- Passion for memorable hospitality.
