**Regional Sales Representative, Location**: Ottawa
**Reports To**: Sales & Marketing Manager

**Role Overview**:
Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for sales and travel? As a **Sales Representative**, you’ll grow customer accounts, drive sales, and showcase our exciting product lines across **London Ice Cream Company, Parlour 269, and Country Boy Ice Cream**. You’ll be on the road, connecting with customers, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with our team to achieve company goals.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with seasonal and year-round customers
- Promote and sell products from **London Ice Cream Company, Parlour 269, and Country Boy Ice Cream** to meet and exceed sales targets
- Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for promotions
- Provide feedback on customer engagement, product performance, and market insights
- Assist in staff coordination and act as a liaison between the brands and customers
- Maintain CRM records and help enhance customer experience

**Your First 3 Months - What Success Looks Like**:
1. Master the full product lines of **London Ice Cream Company, Parlour 269, and Country Boy Ice Cream**

2. Learn our customer base and their buying habits

3. Contribute to sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

4. Integrate seamlessly with the team and internal processes

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Own a reliable vehicle and comfortable with extensive travel
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
