**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead, mentor and provide feedback and technical guidance to support the growth of the development team
- Supporting and securing the platform’s architecture through the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives to improve overall security posture
- Design, develop, and test different pieces of software & features throughout the development life cycle
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements
- Supporting and maintaining CI/CD processes throughout all stages of the CI/CD cycle
- Complete code reviews, regression and end to end testing, debugging and more
- Assisting with projects and post-deployment through technical documentation, coding standards, project updates, troubleshooting
- Shape decisions to guide the team, improve development processes, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to encourage open communication and idea-sharing

**Who you are**:

- Bachelors or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related degree
- Excels at overseeing and guiding product developers, providing clear leadership, direction and motivation
- Drives projects, products, and initiatives forward by making informed decisions to impact team performance and outcomes
- Guides and supports team members through mentoring, coaching, and providing necessary guidance for their technical growth and success
- Adept in implementing scalable cloud development solutions and data infrastructure
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts & principles for scalable enterprise platforms
- Savvy in different coding languages such as Java/ JavaScript,.NET, TypeScript & Python
- Knowledgeable in the definition and integration of APIs
- Experienced with databases technologies including, SQL/NoSQL or related technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Devops concepts & microservice design patterns and principals
- Understanding of DevOp processes
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative with the ability to work with a diverse crew of technical and non-technical professionals
- A passion of continuous learning in new technologies and languages, and keeping up with technology trends
