We are seeking a skilled Civil Grademan to join our team at Tuya Construction Ltd. in Hope, BC. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional construction services while upholding our values of integrity and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site assessments and oversee construction activities.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Set up and use survey instruments such as theodolites, levels and GPS to determine and establish exact grades for construction
- Read and understand construction drawings, plans, and municipal specifications to guide the installation of pipes, road materials, and other infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in civil construction or a related field.
- Proficiency with survey instruments
- Strong construction mathematics
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
