General Handyman

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work orders and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
