**Overview**

The Warehouse and Shipping Clerk is responsible for assembling, reviewing, and packaging orders in accordance to work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

The clerk will also be responsible to maintain order in the facility, do stocktaking and ensure ample supply of materials at all times.

The work effort is mainly with lightweight packages. Manufacturing machinery is non-hazardous. As well, the work area is temperature controlled.

The clerk may also be asked to assist in light customer service duties as needed.

**The main responsibilities for this position are**:

- Prepare pack and ship goods according to the established procedures
- Carefully examine and perform quality control procedures
- Ensure all shipments are sent to the correct address with the correct courier
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Prepare stock for manufacturing and for efficient order processing
- Warehouse stock organization
- Carry out other related tasks, as requested

**The main requirements for this position are**:

- 6 months experience in a shipping/warehouse setting
- Punctual
- Organized and responsible
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Forklift permit, an asset

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
