The position offers up to $30 per hour, along with potential bonuses such as commuting mileage and dental benefits.

Schedule:
Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: Some flexibility may be required with advance notice.

**Duties**:
1. Providing general care for their 1-year-old toddler and 1-month-old newborn.
2. Creating a developmental and educational environment for both children.
3. Preparing healthy lunches and snacks.
4. Tidying up after the children (the family already has some housekeeping services).

They are a new family with both parents having careers with flexible schedules. The mom works close to home and enjoys returning throughout the day to nurse. Their one-year-old is very active, intelligent, and well-behaved, while their one-month-old is still adjusting to life outside the womb, requiring frequent feedings and naps.

Driving is required, and a vehicle may be provided if necessary for car seat accommodation.
