**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute engaging and effective badminton coaching sessions for athletes of varying skill levels.
- Provide individualized instruction to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Conduct assessments and track the progress of athletes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop comprehensive training programs and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, trends, and advancements in badminton.

**Experience**:

- Coaching Certification (preferred)
- First aid (preferred)
- Previous Coaching experience
- Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)
