**Role and Responsibilities** Join our Tax professional team to work on exciting projects allowing you to reach greater heights and collaborate with experts from a wide range of sectors. Our Team is composed of US, Canadian and International tax specialists reporting to Vice-President Tax. **The role we are offering you**: **To do so, he/she must**: - Prepare or review tax provisions; - Prepare Canadian tax returns (T2) and the underlying forms (T106, T1134, NR4 etc.); - Prepare journal entries regarding book-to-tax adjustments, tax payments and refunds. - Great knowledge regarding balance sheet accounts continuities and applicable accounting standards; - Participate in the consolidated tax provision: perform analyzes of different components impacting the tax expense and tax accounts in order to provide global visibility; - Support the team for tax audits affecting the company (corporate tax) by preparing the analysis required for government audits and preparing audit summaries and their impact; - Monitor tax filings by the companies, ensure that tax assessments have been analyzed and registered in the books. - Monitor applicable tax laws and regulations changes affecting CAE entities; - Perform research and analysis regarding various files, special projects and uncertain tax positions, able to present non-recurring transactions affecting companies and explain applicable tax treatments to minimize the tax risks; - Hold a University Degree in Accounting. - Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in corporate taxation and tax accounting. - Hold an accounting designation, an asset. - Master's degree in taxation or specialized taxation course from the CICA, an asset. - Knowledge of Oracle and HFM, an asset. - Be bilingual (French and English). **CAE offers**: - Great compensation, a defined benefits pension plan and a group RRSP - A flex collective insurance program allowing you to tailor your coverage to your needs. - Flexible schedules and work from home policy - An employee stock purchase plan with contribution from the employer. - A period of paid leave during the Holiday season. - The opportunity to work on a variety of projects within a multidisciplinary team. - Recently renovated open spaces offices, facilitating collaboration, and improving ergonomics. - Free parking on site for cars and bikes - Running club and sports activities - Panoramic terrace opened during Summer and Fall LI-CG1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
