**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Warehouse Automation Specialist** to join our innovative team on a **temporary 3-month contract**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our warehouse automation systems, ensuring smooth operations during evening and night shifts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, logistics, and automation, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Warehouse Automation Specialist**, you will be responsible for the following:

- **Automation System Management**: Oversee, troubleshoot, and optimize our warehouse automation systems, including conveyor belts, robotics, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and more.
- **System Integration**: Work closely with the technology team to integrate new automation technologies and ensure they function seamlessly within existing warehouse operations.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform regular maintenance checks and address any technical issues that arise during the evening and night shifts, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous system functionality.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze warehouse operations to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency, and recommend solutions for process improvements.
- **Data Analysis**: Use data-driven insights to monitor the performance of automation systems and make recommendations for adjustments or upgrades.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with warehouse management, technicians, and IT teams to ensure the smooth implementation of automation solutions and troubleshoot any operational issues as they arise.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on how to operate automation systems efficiently and troubleshoot basic issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in warehouse automation or a related field (preferably 1-3 years), with hands-on experience working with automation technologies such as robotics, AGVs, or automated sorting systems.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of automation systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly on your feet and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and precision when managing automation systems and ensuring optimal performance.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfort with data analysis, system diagnostics, and the use of warehouse management software (WMS) and other related technologies.
- **Shift Availability**: Flexibility to work evening and night shifts (Monday to Friday) and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
