**What You Will do**:
- Evaluate and monitor data quality including exception and error handling at a complex level. Research data discrepancies and address issues by working with our clients and cross functional partners to resolve errors/issues.-
- Communicate with internal and external clients and vendors to provide support regarding file specifications and data quality issues in a timely and effective manner.-
- Develop, maintain and provide documentation on processes, scripts and case resolution procedures for future reference or use.-
- Provide guidance and training for new team members on file processing, exception and error handling.Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.**Who You Are**:

- Ability to analyze and monitor data updates to ensure integrity of data, working with electronic files- Experienced working in a client facing environment-
- Able to drive results and display a sense of urgency-
- Able to interact effectively with team members, clients, developers and other staff-
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills-
- Strong customer service orientation-
- Able to adapt to the changing demands of business-
- Advanced analytical thinker with the ability to quickly assess client and systems issues**What You Have**- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience-
- Three to five years of technical work experience involving data management/integrations.-
- Experience with working with public sector customer preferred but not required-
- Experience with SFTP and APIs-
- Experience building and mapping data file imports & exports-
- Experience with HR and/or TMS software and relative processes preferred-
- Experience with Saas technology model-
- Familiarity with HRIS, Benefits, G/L, Payroll, Time/Attendance and 834 integrations strongly preferred-
- Strong spreadsheet skills-
