**Responsibilities**:

- Building green spaces by installing lawns, walk ways, paver stone driveways, retaining walls, recreational areas, gardens and other outdoor areas.
- Perform general maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Remove debris from outdoor areas.
- Manually load and unload various types of materials
- Assist in all other duties assigned
- Planting of shrubs, trees, garden beds and maintaining the beds and lawns
- Operate various tools and equipment, such as : plate compactors, concrete saw, masonry saw, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
- Experience in the operation of a skid steer, a mini excavator would be considered an asset

Work hours can be greater than 10 hours in day, and can require weekend work, as this industry is dependent on weather and timely completion of jobs, hours can be varied.

Work period could extend past 6 months.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
