Full time Shipping / Receiving position including but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing shipments, collaborating and communicating logistics with internal departments, logistic teams, and/or clients and suppliers, and assisting with procurement and inventory control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shipping & receiving - loading/unloading vehicles
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Operate forklift (training and certification will be provided if needed)
- Inventory control/management and organization
- Procurement
- BOM ordering (Bill of material)
- Manufacturing as needed
- Complete work in a timely manner to ensure customer delivery expectations are met or exceeded
- Deliver equipment/material using a company vehicle

**Opportunity to learn additional skills such as**:

- Mill & Lathe
- Soldering
- On-site installation & maintenance of RF products
- Read manufacturing drawings, installation drawings, and Schematics
- RF Testing

**ASSETS Include**:

- 1 - 2 years forklift experience and license
- 1 - 2 years hand/power tool experience
- 1 - 2 years manufacturing experience
- Willing and eager to learn and expand skills in a unique industry
- Preparing international customs documents for shipments
- Experience coordinating with shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, etc)
- Experience coordinating with logistics companies for Truckload, LTL & Flatbeds etc shipments

**MUST HAVE Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in shipping/receiving
- Valid drivers license with clean record to drive company vehicle
- Ability to obtain up to level 3 security clearance
- High level of integrity
- Ability to adapt
- Ability to work well with others in a fun and thriving team environment
- Ability to lift, push and carry up to 80lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Organization and ability to manage shipments between 3 facilities
