**About this Position**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the Media department team of specialists, artists, videographers and photographers
- Oversee creation and scheduling with the Media team to ensure timelines are being met and content is up to standard across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
- Organize and plan photoshoots
- Manage and monitor social media channels, ensuring followers are engaged and responded to in a timely manner
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly to improve overall performance
- Create a social media plan and calendar to drive awareness and engagement
- Manage online shop and source items
- Plan and lead Open House, adoption, volunteer, staff and fundraising events
- Liaise with other departments to ensure information is accurate and relevant
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with the Media team

**Qualifications**:

- Marketing, Communications, or a related field of experience
- Experience managing a team of people
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- Creative mindset with eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to thrive with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (required)
