**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will assist with medication compliance packaging, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to patient well-being in a community pharmacy setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Assembly of compliance packaging
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventory.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their medications and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Organize and manage pharmaceutical supplies, including restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and pharmacy practices to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles within a pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to patients.
