Automotive Wash Bay Attendant

As a key member of the Atlantic Acura team, the Wash bay attendant brings to life the Acura Concierge Experience. These positions report to the Fixed Operations Manager. Wash bay attendants are responsible for washing/cleaning company vehicles as well as service customer vehicles. From time to time additional tasks will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
- Washes the interior and exterior of company/service customer’s vehicles as requested.
- Exercises good communication skills with other employees and customers
- Make sure customer is completely satisfied with vehicle.
- Assists detail department when required.
- Keeps wash bay area/tool room/shop areas clean.
- Drives shuttle when required.
- Runs various errands for service department when required.
- Assists in snow removal on the lot and from company and customer vehicles.
